Le Palais des Saveurs is a family business whose activity is 100% dedicated to cheese. It offers a range of 50 cheeses for 90% of which are French.

The weight of the 20 PDO and PGI account for 70% of the total tonnage. The concept of Quality, Service and Innovation are the priorities that enable us to meet foodservice and industrial expectations for both fresh and frozen IQF.

    Michel Gigonnet founded the Palais des Saveurs with one aim in mind: to offer a quality products and to be at the service of his customers!
  • 1995Creation of a 300m² leased production site (Pack Service)

    To give the best quality to your customers, it is necessary to be able to package in the best way.
  • 1998Purchase of a 1500m² production site

  • 2006Extension of the production site (Pack Service) to 3000m²
