Le Palais des Saveurs is a family business whose activity is 100% cheese, based on an assortment of 50 cheeses for 90% of French origin.

The weight of the 20 PDO and PGI represents 70% of the overall tonnage. The notions of Quality, Service and Innovation are the priorities that make it possible to meet the expectations of the Commercial Catering and Industry both fresh and frozen IQF.

    Michel Gigonnet founded the Palais des Saveurs with a will, a desire: to offer a quality product and to be at the service of its customers!
  • 1995Creation of a 300m² rental production site (Service Pack)

  • 1998Purchase of a 1500m² production site

  • 2006Extension of the production site (Service Pack) to 3000m²
