Deep-freezing

State-of-the-art technology for freezing flavours!

Deep-freezing is a quick cold setting. During this process, the very low temperature allows our products to cool to the core in a few seconds. Thanks to this process, the water contained in the cells crystallises finely, thus limiting cell destruction. The products treated in this way retain their freshness, texture and flavour while locking in most of the nutrients and vitamins.

For storage, it is at a temperature below -18°C. To defrost, we recommend placing the product in the refrigerator (between +2°C and +8°C) for 12 hours.
